Everest ( Chomolungma ) - the highest top of globe in height of 8848 m, is in the Himalayas. It is located on border of Nepal and China (the Tibetan independent area), however the top lays in territory of China. Everest ( Chomolungma ) has the pyramid form; the southern slope is more abrupt.
